A Knight Ridder paper, The Sun News has been recognized as an award-winning, visual daily and one of the few across the country that's growing in readership. We just broke our circulation record this week. We're looking for a Visual Journalist with: Two years experience in a newsroom environment or equivalent. Proficient in software such as PhotoShop, FreeHand and/or Illustrator. 3D software such as Strata or Lightwave, Arcview and Flash are a definite plus. Ability to take on projects and see them through, many times on deadline. Work well with reporters and editors. Eagerness to learn the latest technologies and methods of presenting information visually. If this is you, let's talk soon.
